COLLIER COUNTY, Fla. - Want your Christmas packages and cards to be received on time...here are a few tips from the Collier County Postmaster.

Richard Barber tells WINK News people should try to have everything in the mail by December 19th. He says it's best not to wait until two days before the holiday and try to overnight your package, because it may not make it there on time.

Also, try to avoid Mondays, it's the busiest day of the week for the post office. Plus, take your package to one of the post office satellite offices where volume is much lower. You can find a list of postal units in your area at www.usps.com.
