CAPE CORAL, Fla. - Today you have the chance to see how south Cape Coral plans to grow and develop over the next two decades. The Cape's Community Redevelopment Agency has been researching the south Cape and mapping out a plan for the area's future.
The CRA will present its vision plan for the 40 year old city in an 85 page document. This plan is finalized and includes both short term and long term goals for development - including three phases.
The vision plan creates the roadmap for sustainable revitalization. It also provides redevelopment recommendations, design strategies, and specific project recommendations that will guide future growth.
You can see the plan for yourself at the CRA board meeting at 5:30 in the city council chambers Tuesday night.
If you are unable to make it to the meeting you can view it tomorrow online at the city's website.
