CHARLOTTE COUNTY, Fla. - Charlotte County Sheriff’s Narcotics Unit detectives raided a Tee & Green Estates home south of Punta Gorda at 4631 Westwood Dr. on Thursday at 6:46 a.m. This is the second raid on that home for Methamphetamine and marijuana and this time four people were arrested.

Narcotics detectives seized Methamphetaine, marijuana, several pipes and a digital scale. Charged with Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Marijuana, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia were Daniel James Desrosiers, 28, and Jennive Mae Miller, 28, both of the raided home; and Cindy Lee Miller, 26, 2015 Myrtle Ave., Punta Gorda, and Erasmo Herrera, 23, 1510 Windy Pine, Arcadia. All four were transported to the Charlotte County Jail where they all remain on no bond. Herrera is a convicted felon and served time in a state prison.

Desrosiers and Jennive Miller were both arrested on meth and drug paraphernalia charges in the Aug. 6 raid on their home. A total of six were arrested in that raid that also seized AK-47 and shotgun shells ammunition.
