CHARLOTTE COUNTY, Fla. - Charlotte County Sheriff's detectives issued a Be On The Lookout (BOLO) this afternoon for 19 year old Nickolas Scharmberg. He was arrested Monday in connection with a major weapons investigation and was one of six people arrested so far. Scharmberg's bond was set at $20,000; he made bond and was released from the Charlotte County Jail Tuesday morning.

According to CCSO detective Jeanette Shultz, they now have additional charges on Scharmberg concerning other felony crimes, and his whereabouts are unknown at this time. Det. Shulz said he may be armed and considered dangerous.

Scharmberg goes by the street name of "Ace" and is fairly well known in the area. He's a white male, 6 feet tall, 220 pounds, brown eyes and brown hair. His last known address was 21369 Grayton Terrace, Port Charlotte, where he was arrested Monday.
