SANFORD, Fla. (AP) - A Florida father who stormed onto a school bus and threatened children because his 13-year-old disabled daughter had been bullied has accepted a deal that keeps him out of jail.

James Willie Jones singed the deal Monday. He must serve six months of probation, pay about $1,000 in costs, take an anger management class, take a victim awareness class and perform 10 hours of community service.

Jones was charged in September with disorderly conduct and disturbing a school function.

Jones has apologized for his actions and says he will work to advocate against bullying.
