CAPE CORAL, Fla. - E. Clark Sheddon, a private investigator, says graphic photos tell a story of a violent encounter with officer in training - Michael Moore.
The victim, Cape resident Lewis MacDonald, just settled a lawsuit with the city of Cape Coral for 85,000 dollars. The city admitted no wrong doing, but earlier this week set in motion efforts to terminate Michael Moore.
Private investigator E. Clark Sheddon was hired by Lewis MacDonald after he was allegedly beaten by Moore. Lewis says in testimony that he was trying to get back to his home after a tornado hit the Cape back in 2007.
Lewis admitted going through a police road block to get back to his family. Sheddon says moments later his client was attacked in his driveway by officer Moore.
Sheddon says after Moore drop kicked his client other officers arrived and began beating lewis about the head and even Tasered him twice.
