LEE COUNTY, Fla. - On Wednesday October 27, 2010, at approximately 1:46 P.M., deputes with the Lee County Sheriff's Office responded to 1123 Belgrave Street, Lehigh Acres in reference to a call regarding a suspicious person.

On scene, deputies learned a witness who lives in the neighborhood watched a red car pull into the driveway of a vacant home. Two men were seen getting out of the vehicle and entering the home through a side garage door. The two men were then observed leaving the home a short time later and leaving the area at a high rate of speed.

While responding to the call, deputies recalled passing a red vehicle that matched the description of the suspect vehicle. The red vehicle was located nearby and both male occupants were questioned. The investigation revealed both men were in fact the suspects observed entering the home. The investigation further revealed that both suspects intended to steal parts from the air conditioning system.

As a result of the investigation, Jonathan Lee Aiden (DOB 7/13/80) has been charged with one count of Burglary to a Dwelling and one count of Possession of Burglary Tools. His last known address is 2211 Kendell Avenue, Lehigh Acres.

Deputies also charged Lazaro Santa-Ana with one count of Burglary to a Dwelling. His last known address is also 2211 Kendell Avenue, Lehigh Acres.
