NAPLES, Fla. - Naples Jet Center, a leading provider of aircraft service, new and used aircraft sales, and aircraft charter and management, today announced a major expansion in staffing. The company is hiring up to 14 full-time and part-time additional employees for the Naples, FL location in response to the company's service demand level and sales growth.
Recruiting efforts will begin immediately and hiring will continue through the first quarter of 2011. The majority of positions will be filled by aircraft technicians, although growth is planned in sales and management staff as well. Due to increased Embraer Phenom aircraft operational opportunities, additional pilots will also be recruited.
In addition to its market leadership in Twin Commander turboprop sales and service, since the opening of Naples Jet Center in September 2007, the company has grown by supporting the jet maintenance and service of national fractional providers and transient aircraft. The company's Indianapolis location (Eagle Creek Aviation Services, Inc.) serves as an Embraer Phenom Authorized Service Center.
"This increase in staffing will help us keep up with growing demand for our wide range of aviation services," said Matt Hagans, Naples Jet Center's CEO. "2010 has exceeded our expectations, and we are projecting further growth in all our business units and locations in 2011 and beyond."
"We have great business relationships with Cessna, Embraer, Honeywell, Twin Commander and others who have allowed us to offer an attractive product and service mix in this challenging market," Mr. Hagans added. "Our service center pipeline is full, and we have several promising projects pending. We expect to attract the most talented personnel to join us in meeting the growing demand for our services. The re-appointment by the Venezuelan Government (INAC) as an approved aircraft repair station allows us to fill a growing need for quality maintenance for those aircraft as well."
