CAPE CORAL, Fla. - A Cape Coral man has been arrested on multiple drug charges following an investigation by the Lee County Sheriff's Office Narcotics Unit. Jordan Ryan Lombardy DOB: 05/27/1988 is facing charges for drug trafficking, possession of controlled substances without a prescription, weapons charges, tampering with evidence, and driving while license suspended.

The arrest occurred after the Lee County Sheriff's Office Narcotics Unit received information that a narcotics transaction would occur at the 7-11 on Nicholas Parkway and Pine Island Road in Cape Coral.

On September 29, 2010 at approximately 9:55 pm, detectives were conducting surveillance when they observed Joseph Lombardy in the parking lot. Detectives recognized Lombardy and knew he had a suspended driver's license. Lombardy was observed conducting a possible transaction with another person. He then drove away and a traffic stop was conducted on his vehicle. As deputies were conducting the traffic stop, Lombardy was observed throwing a bag out of the window. Detectives recovered the bag and discovered it contained approximately 1 oz. Cocaine, Oxycodone and Xanax pills.

The investigation led to Lombardy's home located at 917 SW 16th Terrace, Cape Coral. During a search of the home, detectives recovered 64 grams of cocaine, 170 grams of marijuana, 90 Oxycodone, 65 Xanax, other assorted pills, three firearms, and $628.
