Honey mustard vinaigrette:
Recipe is for 12 salads.
Step 1:
8 oz white sugar
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
1 ½ table spoons meat seasoning
2 ½ tablespoons paprika
Step 2:
1 cup honey
1 cup Creole mustard
¼ cup horse radish
¼ cup yellow mustard
4 cups mayo
Step 3:
1 ¼ cups vegetable oil
1 Place sugar, vinager and spices into a mixer
After 5 minutes add step 2 ingredients mix for 10 min
Scrape sides of bowl before adding vegetable oil
Sauce must marinate for a minimum of 6 hours before using
Chopped salad ingredients:
Crisp iceburg and romainehearts, tossed with grilled chicken, bacon, montery jack and cheddar cheeser, diced tomatoes, red cabbage, red peppers, carrots and fresh cilantro. Tossed with a honey mustard vinaigrette and crunchy potato sticks.
