Deputy involved in serious crash in Tampa

TAMPA, Fla. (AP) - A Hillsborough County Sheriff's deputy has been seriously injured in a crash with a tractor trailer in downtown Tampa.
The name of the deputy was not immediately released after the early Tuesday morning crash. No further information about the crash was immediately released.
Last week another Hillsborough deputy was involved in a serious traffic crash.
