CHAROTTE COUNTY, Fla - Charlotte County Sheriff’s Economic Crimes Unit detectives this afternoon arrested the owner of  Parker’s Florist in Port Charlotte.

Rosella Collins is accused of obtaining a credit card in an employee’s name, and then making $1,640 in charges.

The employee contacted ECU detectives Aug. 27 after she learned Collins had used her personal employee information on file to fraudulently obtain a Capitol One Credit account.

ECU detectives arrested Collins this afternoon on three felony charges of Grand Theft, Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card, and Criminal Use of Personal Identification Information. She was transported to the Charlotte County Jail; bond was set at $7,500.
