FORT MYERS, Fla. - Get your entries ready, the first Fort Myers Film Festival is coming in March of 2011. The entry fee for locally made films submitted by September 8th is being waived.
The film festival, March 24th to the 27th next year will feature movies in six categories shown at the Sidney & Berne Davis Art Center. An opening night gala will take place March 23rd. Starting in November a weekly series of Monday night meetings begins where guests can watch and weigh in on films in consideration for the festival.
