Rabies alert in Charlotte County neighborhood

CHARLOTTE COUNTY, Fla. - Charlotte County animal control is warning one neighborhood about a rabid raccoon.
A local dog attacked it and now officers are worried it could have spread to other animals.
The rabies alert will last for 30 days.
