FORT MYERS, Fla. - A major shakeup in the Florida Governor's race. Bud Chiles is dropping out as an independent candidate. Our partners at the News-Press say Chiles is expected to announce Wednesday he'll drop his bid for Governor.

A recent Mason-Dixon poll found Chiles was trailing Democratic Candidate Alex Sink and Republican Rick Scott.
