CLEARWATER, Fla. (AP) - An argument between two southwest Florida cousins over a missing necklace has ended in gunfire.
Terry Davis and his cousin Nathaniel Gooden argued over the necklace for two weeks, each accusing the other of stealing it. The two were fighting on Davis' lawn Monday night when Clearwater authorities say 18-year-old Davis pulled out a gun and shot Gooden several times. Twenty-four year-old Gooden died at the scene.
Davis has been charged with first-degree murder.
