LEE COUNTY, Fla - The Lee County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's assistance to help locate a missing adult.
Relatives tell the Sheriff's Office that Anthony Amadeo Johnson has not been acting like himself lately and has seemed distant to friends and family. Johnson was last seen on Sunday in his apartment on Fort Myers Beach.
Johnson experiences memory lapses and at times doesn't recognize family members and friends. He is on numerous medications. The medications, along with his luggage, are still in his apartment. Johnson does not drive but does have a rental vehicle for people to use to drive him around. The vehicle is locked and parked in front of his residence.
Johnson is 6 foot 3 inches tall, weighs about 180 pounds and has numerous tattoos on his body including three cowgirls on his lower right leg and tattoo sleeves on both of his arms.
