LEE COUNTY, Fla. - Two more men are under arrest in connection with the August 1, 2010 double homicide in Bonita Springs. Detectives with the Lee County Sheriff's Office Major Crimes Unit secured arrest warrants for Lisandro Resendiz (DOB 6-22-89) and Colton Lance (DOB 8-17-90).
On August 30, Lisandro Resendiz (DOB 6-22-89) was driving northbound on Interstate 75 near Valdosta when he was pulled over by a Georgia State Trooper for a traffic infraction. Resendiz gave the trooper a phony name at the scene. The trooper took Resendiz to Headquarters and did a fingerprint check, which revealed his true identity. Resendiz was immediately arrested.
Colton Lance ( DOB 8-17-90) was picked up at a relative's house in West Warwick, Rhode Island on August 29th.
The investigation shows Resendiz and Lance were involved with Dustin McIntyre in the murders of Israel Ponce and Daniel Leonor.
Detectives have begun the extradition process to return Resendiz and Lance to Southwest Florida. Both men face two counts of Second Degree Murder, two counts of Kidnapping and one count of Arson. McIntyre is currently charged with two counts of Second Degree Murder, although additional charges against him are pending.

The Lee County Sheriff's Office have arrested Dustin James McIntyre (DOB 3/16/89) for the August 1 murders of Israel Ponce and Daniel Leonor. Investigators are asking for the public's help in locating a second suspect, identified as Lisandro Resendiz (DOB 6-22-89). Resendiz is believed to be staying in either Bonita Springs or San Carlos Park. His current address is unknown. Due to the violent nature of the crime, Resendiz should be considered dangerous.
During the course of the investigation, detectives determined Ponce and Leonor met both suspects at a home off of Bridgeport Lane, Bonita Springs to conduct a drug transaction. During the transaction, both victims were attacked and murdered. The bodies of both victims were then transported to East Bonita Springs, where the vehicle they were in was set on fire.
McIntyre has been charged with two counts of second degree murder. His last known address is listed as 10520 Clear Lake Loop, Fort Myers. His booking photo will be available on the Sheriff’s Office website at www.sherifflelfl.org under Arrest & Inmates / Search Lee County Arrests, after processing.
