FORT MYERS, Fla. - Monday night, August 23, 2010 at 10:36 the Fort Myers Police Department responded to Redbones Saloon and Grill located at 3604 Palm Beach Boulevard in reference to a robbery. Upon arrival police learned a masked suspect armed with a handgun entered the business and demanded money. The suspect then fled the scene on foot heading east on Palm Beach Boulevard with an undisclosed amount of cash. Police setup a perimeter utilizing K-9 but did not locate the suspect.

This is the second time in recent weeks the business has been robbed. The first robbery happened on July 19th. In that case two armed, masked men entered the business and demanded money and fled with an undisclosed amount of cash. It is unknown if the two crimes are related. Attached is a surveillance photo from the July robbery.
