TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (AP) - Florida is launching a new website offering election results including a tool for tracking specific races.

Interim Secretary of State Dawn K. Roberts said Tuesday that the new site will provide the results quickly and easily as soon as they come in.

The site called Florida Election Watch is at http://enight.elections.myflorida.com/. It will get its first test during the Aug. 24 primary election.

Results will not be posted, though, until after 8 p.m. EDT when polls close in the western Panhandle, which is on central time.

Visitors to the Division of Elections' main website on election night will automatically be sent to Florida Election Watch. They can get back to the regular site through a link at the top banner.
