Baby with a bong; DCF not happy

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - Florida mom facing charges in regards to taking a picture of her baby with a bong.
The baby's 19 year-old mother is in jail near Jacksonville.
She posted the picture on Facebook as a joke, but the Department of Child and Family services did not think so.
The baby was tested for drugs and tests came back negative.
The baby's grandparents are now caring for him.
