MIAMI, Fla. - Police in Miami believe a suspect in custody may have ripped off Naples home renters.

Johanna Beltran faces sever charges of grand theft.

Authorities said Beltran fraudulently obtained several empty home and put up for rent. Apparently, she had people sign lease agreements and pay her $4800 per property. She would then disappear.

Investigators are looking for additional victims.
