TAMPA, Fla. (AP) - A Tampa woman and man have been arrested after authorities say a 2-year-old girl was found wandering a street naked and four other children and an elderly adult were found living in poor conditions in their house.

The woman and man both face five charges of child neglect and one charge of neglect of an elderly or disabled adult.

Police say girl's mother didn't know her daughter was missing and the only exit to the home was unlocked and accessible to a small child.

Authorities say there was no food in the refrigerator, freezer or cabinets in the mobile home and garbage and maggots littered the building. There was also open access to a furnace.
