FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. - A bus carrying a South Florida track team burst into flames Thursday night while heading to a national track meet.
The team was heading to Virginia on I-95. A passing truck saw smoke pouring out of the back and waved down the driver.
The 32 students and 10 chaperones evacuated the bus minutes before it went up in flames.
No one was hurt.
Another bus was ordered and the team boarded it to finish their 15 hour trip.
