Man identified in deputy involved shooting

Lehigh Acres, FL- The man has been identified as 47 year-old David Koch. Deputies were serving a misdemeanor warrant when shots were fired.
Neighbors say they heard the noise and saw Koch slumped over in a chair outside. The Sheriffs department is not releasing who fired the fatal shot.
