Fort Myers, Fla - The search for a perfect home could uncover some secrets. A look inside a two-story home at 7034 Overlook Drive and you will learn the home has quite the dark history.

"People have brought it up", said realtor David Bellair.

The 3,700 sq. foot house was the site of business man Roger Patch's murder in 2008. The home has been on the market under a year now and according to the property's realtor what happened inside the master bedroom does not seem to scare or bother buyers.

"I guess you have to ask yourself if you believe in the paranormal or not, perhaps," added Bellair when talking about buyers who have seen the home.

Many people we spoke to say they wouldn't think twice about living in a home where someone was killed.

"Most likely where we're standing right now someone in history has died", said one woman.

The home is on sale for $419,900 and according to the realtor it's seen more than $125,000 in renovations.
