COLLIER COUNTY - A school bus driver is accused of helping to sell crack cocaine.
Deputies tell Wink News that bus driver, Yvette Hall, drove 32-year-old Perry Mason to three undercover drug buys in the past month. The latest was on Friday at the Berkshire Plaza on Radio Road.
Detectives say Mason sold nearly six grams of crack cocaine to an undercover detective for $200. They arrested Hall for her involvement in drug buys.
Parents tell Wink they're worried about who they can depend on to be around their children.
"They're driving these kids around and we're supposed to trust them and its really hard to do that," says parent Deborah Martin.
"She shouldn't be allowed to drive a school bus, selling drugs," says Barbara Passamondi.
No one answered the door at Hall's home for comment. Our calls to the Collier County School District have gone unreturned.
Parents say they know what they'd like the district to do.
"Terminated and put in jail," says Martin. "Shouldn't be allowed around children."
