COLLIER COUNTY, Fla - A two-year-old boy has been found dead in Immokalee; authorities believe he drowned Saturday evening.

Investigators said the child, two-year-old Brandon Luna, was last seen playing in the yard behind his home with friends.

A family member who was watching him during this time realized Brandon was missing around 5 p.m. and could not locate him.

The Collier County Sheriff's Office was contacted and began an active search of the Justice Circle area.

Around 7 p.m., the child was found in a lake located behind the home. His body was found approximately seven to eight feet from the bank.

Investigators said the death doesn't appear to be suspicious.

The investigation continues.
