Charlotte County Schools set to rebuild with federal stimulus money

It's been in the works for months and now a Charlotte County school set to be torn down--will be rebuilt with federal stimulus money.
Lemon Bay High School is one of 2 schools that received the federal funds to rebuild. Lemon Bay in Englewood received $40 million. Meadow Park Elementary received $20 Million.
The two schools will be demolished, and then rebuilt from the ground up.
Lemon Bay's Groundbreaking takes place at 11:30am Thursday. Meadow Park's Groundbreaking will take place Friday morning at 9am in Port Charlotte.
