TALLAHASSEE, Fla. - The Florida Attorney General is warning that scam artists are using the devastating oil spill to steal your money.

Thieves may offer to clean off your property if it's soaked with oil but they will require the money in advance. Advice: Don't pay for services until they are rendered.

Officials also say you need to be careful not to sign away your right to sue BP.
