FORT MYERS, Fla. - Two boaters swam to shore, covering more than two miles, after their boat got stranded in the Gulf in the area of Lover's Key.

Authorities received word of the situation when they were contacted by a jetskiier, who spotted an empty boat doing circles in the water.

Good Samaritans brought the boaters to a waiting ambulance once they got to shore.
