Naples, Fla - WINK News gets our first look at the Collier County Deputy accused of having sex with an underage boy in a mall bathroom.
Charles Bullock was fired from the department Monday night.
He bonded out of jail late Monday after posting $35,000 bail.
Tuesday we got our hands on his personnel file.
Bullock had been a deputy at the sheriff's office for thirteen years.
In this time span he had a relatively good personnel file.
Some of his reviews described him as "a dependable, knowledgeable officer."
He also won awards for saving a girl's life and being a good investigator.
But during his tenure, he also butted heads with a supervisor, who wrote Bullock "does not take direction well and had a hard time communicating with others".
The 51 year-old deputy saw his career end Monday, after he was arrested on charges he had sex with a 15 year old boy in a mall bathroom.
The teen victim told authorities it happened at least three times and Bullock threatened him if he told anyone.
Tuesday WINK News went to Bullock's home to get answers, the person who answered the door said "we're not making a statement".
Bullock is charged with lewd or lascivious battery and official misconduct.
According to his arrest report, he was on the clock during his alleged bathroom trysts.
Using surveillance cameras outside the mall restroom, police caught Bullock loitering in and around men's room countless times.
On December 17th, 2009 he was spotted going into the men's room and didn't come out for 30 minutes.
December 21st, 2009 he was in there 50 minutes
December 29th, 2009 it was 48 minutes
January 4th, 2010 he was in there for 33 minutes
Naples Police fear there may be more victim since Bullock was allegedly loitering around the men's room numerous times.
When investigators went to Bullock's home to question him, they seized a computer.
On that computer, authorities found ten images of child porn.
He has not been charged with possessing child porn, but we are told more charges could be filed.
Bullock's neighbors say they're surprised by this whole situation.
"He's a fine fellow. Fine fellow as far as a I know. He's always been nice to me," said one neighbor.
Naples Police continue their investigation and ask anyone with information about this case to call them.
Particularly, if they have seen Bullock acting suspiciously in the restroom.
