NAPLES, Fla.- Collier County Sheriff's deputies arrested 22-year-old Ali Hasan Sabri around 9:45 last night, after he allegedly fled a domestic disturbance in a golf cart and aimed a firearm at deputies when they approached him.

Deputies were called to the domestic situation, but stopped when they saw Hasan in the golf cart nearby, at Golden Gate Blvd. and 19th St. SW. Deputies stopped their marked patrol vehicle and exited toward Sabri. That's when they say he aimed the gun, that was later determined to be a BB gun, at them. They demanded he put down the weapon, but Sabri reportedly refused orders to get on the ground.

Deputies say Sabri was aggitated and uncooperative. As he was being transported to the Naples Jail, he allegedly broke the passenger side door handle of the patrol vehicle.

This incident stemmed from an earlier episode, where he reportedly threatened his sister with the same BB gun because she wouldn't share the computer.

Sabri faces charges of aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, and criminal mischief.
