COLLIER COUNTY, Fla.- Collier County Sheriff's Office deputies have arrested Alberto Ayala, 19, and Kelly Carter, 21, in connection with the home invasion robbery in Immokalee Wednesday night.  Both suspects have been charged with Home Invasion Robbery and False Imprisonment.

The men allegedly stormed into the home in the 6000 block of State Road 29 while two teenagers inside were watching movies.  One of the boys saw the men and sent a text message to his relative telling him there were people inside the house wearing black masks.  The boy's relative called 911 after he received the text.

"Somebody is there in the house that's holding them at gunpoint, probably trying to strong arm rob them," said the caller.

Deputies say Ayala and Carter tied up both teens up with zip ties.  They allegedly demanded money and guns and took one of the boy's cell phones.  Arrest reports show one of the men told a victim he would shoot his friend and they would force him to watch.  Deputies say Ayala and Carter stole a gun from the house and took off into the woods.  Deputies found them hiding near a gas station less than a mile away.

Detectives say this home invasion robbery does not appear to be related to the recent series of home invasions in Collier County.
