CAPE CORAL, Fla.- Cape Coral Police have arrested the suspect accused of stabbing two men outside of a SE Cape Coral convenience store on June 1st.

Detectives were able to identify the suspect as 24-year-old Joshua Daria Gavin shortly after the stabbing happened.

Gavin was located at the 7-11, located at 798 Del Prado Boulevard North, on Saturday evening. After a brief struggle, he was taken into custody. Gavin, who was already on state probation, was arrested on the warrant for two counts of Aggravated Battery with a Deadly Weapon. Gavin was additionally charged with Violating of Probation and Resisting Arrest.
