NAPLES, Fla. - One man is dead and another has been arrested after an overnight standoff in the 4400 block of Dorando Drive in Naples.

Collier County deputies have the scene taped off, and are still investigating why a man here allegedly shot and killed his neighbor, and then barricaded himself along with his wife inside their home.

WINK News was first on scene as the Collier County SWAT team, along with negotiators, tried to get 61-year-old Robert Moulton and his wife, Deborah, out of their home on Hilltop Drive early Monday morning.

Deputies said Moulton ran to his house after shooting and killing his neighbor, 41-year-old Sergey Chepchugov, at his home on Dorando Drive around 8:30 Sunday night.

Moulton is now facing Second Degree Murder charges. The couple gave themselves up willing for questioning around 1:00 a.m.

Neighbors in the area said they've never seen anything like this before.

"Very, very surprised. It's a working class neighborhood. I always got along with anybody I knew here. I don't know many people, but like I said, I'm surprised," said Frank Tirico.

Robert Moulton is due in court later today. Count on WINK News for the latest updates.
