NAPLES, Fla.- Collier County Sheriff's deputies discovered a grow house operation yesterday, with $69,000 worth of marijuana inside.
Juan Falcon, 44, was arrested after deputies served a search warrant at 3502 Seminole Ave. There, they found a shed behind the residence that had been converted into a marijuana grow operation.
Inside, they found 10 mature marijuana plants and 16 small plants in a small nursery in a separate room.
The shed also contained $5,000 in equipment, including an indoor cooling unit, high intensity lights, transformers and a water pump.
Deputies found that electricity had been diverted from the main residence to the shed.
They made contact with Falcon, who is the resident of the main house. The keys to the shed were allegedly in Falcon's possession, and on the same key ring as to the residence.
Falcon was arrested and transported to the Naples Jail Center.
