COLLIER COUNTY, Fla.- What started as a burglary at a home in North Naples ended in Broward County, but only after a dramatic chase across Alligator Alley and into neighborhoods.

The suspects are still behind bars we have the just-released 911 call a neighbor made that started the search.

911 caller: "They're out of control. They were in my neighbor's driveway. Then, they backed out and came out, and I can't even try to keep up with them."

A man living near a Cypress Way home made the call that started cops on the suspects' trail.

911 caller: "He nearly ran down a guy walking his dog."

The suspects have been identified as Jeremy Thomas, 22; Darius Hall, 22; and James Steel, 19. They could be seen driving erratically along highways, and even through neighborhood streets in Fort Lauderdale.

The three opened the doors and jumped out of the car while it was still moving. They took off in all directions.

Mamie Gomillion was just getting home when it all unfolded. Two of the men ended up in her backyard.

"I thought, 'Oh my god!' I didn't know what to think," said Gomillion. "I said, 'Oh my god! What done happened? What done happened?'"

Police captured all of them and hauled them off to jail.

Adding to the chaos, a violent crash happened between two Fort Lauderdale Police cruisers and a Broward County car.

The suspects are still behind bars and are scheduled for a bond hearing in a Broward County courtroom on Thursday. Collier County deputies say the men ransacked the North Naples home, making off with jewelry, computer equipment and other items. Almost all of the stolen valuables have been recovered.
