CAPE CORAL, Fla.- Cape Coral Police Narcotics Detectives arrested a pair of cocaine dealers on Thursday night after serving a search warrant on their home for the 3rd time.
Delshon Evans and Jeremiah Evans of 2205 SW 1st Avenue were arrested by Detectives after the SWAT Team served a search warrant on their home. Both men were charged with 3 counts of possession of cocaine, 3 counts of sale of cocaine (2 of the 3 sale counts were within 1000 feet of a school). They are currently in the Lee County Jail.
This is the 3rd search warrant that Cape Coral Detectives have served on the house. Jeremiah Evans was currently out on bond for a previous arrest for sale of cocaine.
Neighbors were fed up with the crack sales occurring in their neighborhood and continued to work with Cape Coral Police, each time resulting in an arrest. Even though Evans got out of jail each time and went back to selling drugs in the neighborhood, the citizens and the police remained vigilant and worked to put him away again.
