DEEP CREEK, Fla.- Charlotte County Sheriff's Narcotics Unit detectives raided a Crack Cocaine dealer’s home in Deep Creek and arrested 28-year-old Andy Roger Balmir, and 23-year-old Savannah Rose Larue, both from the raided home at 1112 Nomad Road.
CCSO undercover Narcotics detectives purchased Crack Cocaine twice from Balmir, once on Nov. 7 and the other on Nov. 16, 2012. A search warrant was obtained and executed at 6:20 a.m. Thursday. Detectives located two digital scales; $2,360 in a safe, a bathroom trash can with Cocaine residue, and marijuana inside Balmir’s 2002 Ford Explorer in the garage.
Balmir and Larue were arrested and taken to the Charlotte County Jail.Balmir,a convicted felon, was charged witheight counts; two counts each for Sale and Delivery of Crack Cocaine, Possession of Crack Cocaine, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia; and one count each for Possession of Cocaine and Possession of Marijuana.Laruewas charged with Possession of Crack Cocaine; she remains in jail on a $5,000 bond while Balmir remains in jail on no bond due to his felony criminal history.
