LEHIGH ACRES, Fla.- Four suspects were arrested on a total of 35 felony charges, after allegedly burglarizing multiple Lehigh Acres homes.

On September 25th, just after noon, deputies responded to an occupied burglary on Hamilton Avenue in Lehigh Acres. A vehicle fleeing the scene was located and stopped by responding deputies. The vehicle was occupied by 18-year-old Michael Zamora, 20-year-old Daniel Cruz, 18-year-old Jesse Dampier and a 17-year-old. Dampier, Zamora and the 17-year-old attend Richard Milburn Academy and were skipping class.

During the course of the investigation detectives discovered the subjects were responsible for other burglaries in the area. In the earlier burglaries, some of the property had been placed for sale on Craigslist and other property had been sold at pawnshops.

The thieving quartet racked up 35 felony charges between them which included Burglary, Grand Theft, Dealing in Stolen Property and False Verification of Ownership.

In addition to the burglary on Hamilton Avenue, in which all four occupants were charged, Zamora and the juvenile were responsible for a September 20th burglary on the 4500 block of 13th Street E. Zamora, Cruz and the juvenile were responsible for a September 21st burglary on the 700 block of Crestline Avenue S. And Zamora, Dampier and the juvenile were responsible for a September 25th burglary on the 1200 block of Raccoon Street.

Michael Zamora faces 12 felony charges.

Daniel Cruz faces 12 felony charges.

Jesse Dampier faces 3 felony charges.

The minor suspect faces 8 felony charges.
