NORTH PORT, Fla.- North Port Police Officers responded to the 1800 block of Gauguin Road where a male subject, later idenitfied as David Patrick Moore, was reportedly shooting a handgun in the air and acting in an erratic manner. He left the immediate area in a blue SUV.

The complainant, Moore's father, followed him. Officers located and arrested Moore without further incident near the 2900 block of Grandview Drive.

Moore was charged with Reckless Display of a Firearm, Shooting from a Roadway, Robbery, Domestic Battery and Aggravated Assault.
