LEE COUNTY, Fla.- Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested a 36-year-old Jordan Levy after a homeowner found the suspect inside his residence and tackled him to the ground.
Officers were dispatched to Miami Blvd. in Ft. Myers at 11:40 p.m. in reference to an unknown person inside the caller's home.
Levy allegedly entered the victim's house, claiming it was his own. It was when Levy approached the victim's daughter's room that the homeowner pushed Levy out of the house. The suspect put up a fight, but the victim was able to wrestle Levy to the ground and sit on him until law enforcement arrived.
Deputies found drugs on Levy when they arrived, according to the report. As detectives attempted to get a statement from Levy, he was extremely uncooperative and called the officer obscene names.
Levy faces burglary and drug charges.
