Ft. Myers Beach man accused of sexually assaulting 2 teens

FORT MYERS BEACH, Fla.- Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested 23-year-old Neil Lasalle- Gonzalez Saturday on sexual assault charges after an incident dating back to June. Two teenage victims allege that Gonzalez bought them alcohol, drugged them and assaulted them both in his Fort Myers Beach residence.

According to reports, the victims took a trolley from Bonita Beach to Fort Myers Beach on the afternoon of June 26th and found an unknown male, Gonzalez, to buy them alcohol. Gonzalez allegedly picked them up in his vehicle, purchased them alcohol, brought them to a "drug house," purchased marijuana and ecstasy pills, and gave the drugs to the young victims.

He's accused of then bringing the victims back to his house, where he assaulted them.

The victims were found wondering Barbarosa St. intoxicated.

Detectives showed the victims a photo lineup, wherein both positively identified Gonzalez as the suspect.

Upon completion of the investigation, Gonzalez was arrested for the crimes.
