FORT MYERS, Fla.- On Wednesday, the Lee County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant at 6940 Westwood Acres Road in Fort Myers that yielded guns, drugs and stolen vehicles.

A search warrant was obtained following an investigation into a resident who had distributed large quantities of marijuana. Detectives had purchased 1.2 pounds of marijuana from Jermaine Lewis earlier in the month and made plans for future purchases. After arresting Lewis, detectives executed a search warrant at 6940 Westwood Acres which led to the seizure of an AR-15 rifle that had been stolen from a vehicle in 2010, two short barrel rifles, hundreds of rounds of ammunition and 2.5 pounds of high grade marijuana.

During the search, narcotics detectives discovered multiple vehicles and various car parts on the property. Detectives from the Lee County Sheriff’s Office Grand Theft Auto Unit were called to the scene and discovered vehicles and vehicle parts that were confirmed to be stolen. The investigation into the stolen vehicles is ongoing.

Those arrested during this incident and their charges are as follows:

Jermaine Lewis, 36, of 6940 Westwood Acres Road in Fort Myers, was charged with possession of marijuana over 20 grams, sale of marijuana and conspiring to sell marijuana.

Teressa Lewis, 50, of 6940 Westwood Acres Road in Fort Myers, was charged with possession of marijuana over 20 grams

Joe Loredo, 26, of 5315 Butte Street in Lehigh Acres, was charged with possession of marijuana under 20 grams
