PORT CHARLOTTE, Fla.- Charlotte County Sheriff's detectives, aided by the SWAT team, raided a Port Charlotte home Wednesday morning at 2226 Hayworth Road and made two drug arrests.
Following a Narcotics investigation, a search warrant was obtained and executed at 6 a.m. Damond Clancy Humes, 40, and 52-year-old Candice Rose Badalamenti were inside the home.
A search of the home found Cocaine, Hydrocodone, burnt Brillo with Cocaine residue, a metal smoking pipe with marijuana residue and a metal container with marijuana residue.
Both were each charged with Possession of Cocaine, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Humes was additionally charged with Possession of Hydrocodone; Badalamenti was also charged with Possession of Marijuana.
This is the eighth booking for Humes; bond was set at $4,500. Badalamenti has four bookings and bond was set at $6,000.
