LEHIGH ACRES, Fla.-  A mother's vehicle was shot at on Wednesday morning while she was driving home with her two children, according to police reports.

The victim reported that she thought someone had thrown a rock at her car after hearing a loud boom and then seeing two people run towards a nearby house. After parking the car, the victim discovered a bullet hole in the rear passenger side door of the vehicle.

Police are still searching for the suspect(s).
