LEHIGH ACRES, Fla.- Following widespread media coverage showing photos of suspects involved in the theft of lottery tickets from the Circle K Gas Station, located 1181 Homestead Road N. in Lehigh Acres, numerous Crime Stopper tips were received identifying 23-year-old  Kierra McCoy as one of the people.

During the course of the investigation, a detective assigned to the case obtained information from lottery officials as to where the suspect attempted to redeem tickets. After viewing the video at these locations, the detective determined Kierra McCoy was the only person attempting the redemptions. Further investigation revealed she committed the theft without the knowledge of others who were in the store with her the night of the theft.

At the conclusion of the investigation, Kierra McCoy was arrested for Grand Theft.
