William Hallman, a North Dakota third grader, has gained quite a following for his forecasting talents, and gained the nickname William the Weather Kid.
 
This 9-year old is a local sensation after appearing on a 5:00 p.m. newscast with meteorologist Hutch Johnson. His video has gone viral, with more than 750,000 views.

At his school, William was named Student of the Week, and he admits, he got a lot more Valentines this year than usual.
