BROWARD COUNTY, Fla.- Two pot belly piglets were returned to their owner after Broward Sheriff’s deputies said they Tazed the pig-napper and truck thief, the Miami Herald reported.

The saga started Wednesday when Borquin, a sprinkler repair technician, was working at a home in Hollywood. He had left his two piglets in his work truck with the keys in the ignition. Someone drove off with it all, and left him in tears.

Bourquin told Local 10 that the female pig was found Wednesday night near 22nd and Atlanta Street in Hollywood. A Good Samaritan caught the pig and called the Hollywood police, who returned it to Bourquin.

The male pig was found Thursday, roaming the streets. He has been reunited with the female.

Broward Sheriff's Office deputies found the stolen vehicle on Atlantic Boulevard in Pompano Beach, according to WSVN 7 News.

The suspect, 30-year-old Frantz Aboubaker, fled the vehicle, but police stopped him with a Taser. He was taken to the hospital and has since been charged with possession of a stolen motor vehicle and resisting a law enforcement officer.

He remains in jail, after a judge denied him bond.
